Is auto typing of 99999...a virus? Why Kaspersky anti-virus is unable to detect and quarantine it?

Hello Mike Mackenzie, Welcome! It's really hard to provide targeted support without more details. Are you able to advise please:
  1. Did you receive an alert?
  2. What Kaspersky software/version/s is installed?
  3. What is the Operating system, version, build?
  4. Are there visible alerts that can be screen printed and shared?
  5. What specifically has KAV not detected and quarantined?
  6. Does "99999" display automatically, without anyone touching the computer?
  7. Are there any autotype .exe programmes anywhere on the computer?
  1. Using Windows Explorer,
  2. search *autotype* file type *.exe
  3. If that produces null result, search *.exe, look at any programmes that may have "type" in the product name?, if any are found, check the location of the *exe, is it in a System32 folder or somewhere that indicates it could be a malicious program? Check the properties of any found object that looks suspect.....
Please post back so we may assist? Thanks so much!
