2 ignored cloud objects on Kaspersky Security Cloud Free

I finished running a full scan, and the details show that 2 objects in the cloud have been ignored, I want to stop them from being ignored, know what these files are and if they are dangerous to my device

 !!! Please don’t clean the preinstalled detections !!!

Also :  clean browser cache > reboot > run full Kaspersky scan.

Also, please instruct the people who use the computer to be careful to not download junk.
