#1281 Transport level error in process of connection to

i have installed network agent  ‘klnagent64-11.0.0-29.x86_64.rpm’ on a Linux centos 8 but  

1281 Transport level error in process of connection to 'http://192.168.1.6:14000': connection refused<5xppaALmx6aaJAgipsaZj0>

i have installed network agent but when i test communication i get the error as above

kindly help me for the above error team

I am not familiar with agent on Linux but TCP port 14000 is the unencrypted port, you should use 13000 (I am not sure if 14000 is still alive).
