10 minute timeout on trying to access blocked apps?

I have heard negative feedback :) from my son that if he tries to access something blocked, he receives a 10 minute timeout (maybe phone locks?).  Is this setting configurable.

Please tell us: 

1. Is the phone an android or iOS? Which version ? 
2. KSK version? 
3. Have you configured any apps to be limited by time? 
4. Is KSK Premium or Free? 
5. We don’t know what he’s complaining about, on an android, v12, we blocked an app & attempted to access the blocked app multiple times, no timeout occurred, nothing was locked → ask him to make a video of the problem please & post back?  Link
