有关于密码管理器的问题

我的电脑在学校里用，里面只有一个硬盘，硬盘内我装载了密码管理器这个软件，等我回家的时候把这个硬盘直接装在我家里的电脑时，学校用的硬盘里装的密码管理器就打不开了，现在想问怎么样才能恢复这个硬盘里的密码

首先，密码管理器是具备了同步的功能，您可以访问登录下面的网站，登录成功之后，点击上方的“密码”，检查您的数据保存是否完整。同时除了PC版本之外，您还可以在手机或平板上安装，相互之间同步。
