同一账户下，两台不同激活码的电脑密码管理器不能同步吗

工程师你好，我有两台电脑，并前后分别为两台电脑购买了1PC/3年的全方位版，在其中一台电脑登陆密码管理器并成功同步到服务器后，在另一台电脑的密码管理器登录同一账号，却无法获取到任何需要同步的数据。经过测试，两台电脑虽在同一账号下，但密码管理器都是互相独立的，无法互相同步，这是因为没有购买3PC 或者 5PC等多电脑版本的激活码吗？感谢解答！
