卡巴斯基 21.9plus删除病毒文件如何恢复？

卡巴斯基 21.9plus，把大量此前一直正常使用未报警的excel文件标记为感染HEUR:Trojan.MSOffice.SAgent.gen。然后就自行处理了，但是在隔离区也不显示这些文件，请问要怎么能够找到并恢复这些文件？
