Перестали обновляться базы и невозможно запустить проверку

Более 10 лет покупал ваш продукт на 3 компа. В этом году он стал отвратительно работать. Перестали обновляться базы на основном компьютере, и невозможно запустить никакую проверку. Мой основной комп - iMAC 10.13.6  Обновление ОС поставить нельзя, поскольку "железо" старое. Поэтому либо бы расстаемся, либо вы мне помогаете.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)

  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
