After logon, opening Kaspersky Security Cloud Free a hand appears when hovering on the item attempting to click, for example, Update, Details, More Tools, or Scan, but no response when I click the item. Uninstalling and reinstalling only gets Kaspersky Security Cloud Free to work a day or two, then no response again, a day or two later. I have uninstalled repeatedly to no avail. Please advise? Is this the end of the road for this installation/product? This software works fine on another computer, but without being able to update it--the update upon program open setting doesn’t work--it doesn’t update automatically upon program opening at new startup.
