Kaspersky appears to be unable to solve this problem. Requests more info, promises to call back in 24 hours and does not. It's about time K offered an alternative program immune to this problem. My subscription goes for another 11 months, but no refunds are allowed. A shame that a once good program has to be trashed. And a reputation thrown down the toilet. Case #14782554
