After installed software Kaspersky Internet Security, shows this message and not working properly “Some Protection Components are Not running” After many times with Kaspersky support adviced me about restart computer, disable protection integrity system on Mac OS. Uninstall Kaspersky Internet Security, restart computer reinstall Kaspersky Internet Security. Restart computer Enable protection integrity system on Mac OS. Restart Computer, and… UNSOLVED. After that, another one solution failed: Send trace files, compile with Terminal, write kextstat | grep kas, after command complete, write “kav status”. Save results in txt and send. UNSOLVED… I remark that all of this procedures are in a high level of tech, I have some known about and I could send all that information support ask for. I don’t understand that all of this “solutions” by customer support are writing on a simple “MAIL” like copy paste solution. Without images or video tutorial “how to do it”. How to make a refund of this software? because I think is a big problem on its software and incompatibility with Mac OS.
