  1. I contacted the local support hotline and they gave me the same suggestion as you do. That fixed the problem and after the latest update, the problem is fixed without having to adding chrome to trusted application.
  2. I am unable to download any file using my browsers (Chrome/Firefox) after the update. The download will start normally and download with normal speed for a few seconds, then download speed drop to zero instantly. I tried multiple sources, microsoft.com, google drive, mega, and many others, none of them worked and all the download behave similarly. Everything is back to normal once I turn close Kaspersky and can’t download anything once I turn it back on. I have a 1000up and down Hong Kong fiber connection. Multiple test shows my upload and download speed is as expected. Normal browsing seems to be ok, Youtube works, and I can download games through steam without any abnormality. Any idea how to fix it? Is there a way I can download an older version of Kaspersky Internet Security?
