Thank you, but I had already found that page (the most useful of all the many I had read) and so then tried via Digital River through which I had purchased the previous licence. Unfortunately it didn’t accept my password, when I asked for a new password the link that was sent to me just put me on a Kaspersky page saying that my password had been successfully reset - but not by me and with no clue of what it was reset to!!!! I have basically been going round in ever decreasing circles. I can log into my Kaspersky account directly from the internet, but not via the link in the email. 2 different email addresses unfortunately. I have now given up and cancelled the direct debit which hopefully will solve the problem for me. Thanks for your suggestion.
