Intellij IDEA plugin EduTools uses port ranges to send learning tasks from website (for example, stepik.org or hyperskill.org) and solve it in IDE. Problem: If you founded message "IDE is currently running outside of our known port range" in Intellij IDEA (maybe other IDE of JetBrains too, like PyCharm and etc).
