If KIS is paused & exited, does the log show data=no Moderation edit : License key removed

I am trying to execute a jar file to install Weblogic server. The output is written to the log file as shown in the console but the OraInstall2021-04-08_10-20-38PM folder is empty. Please help in tracking the issue. I need the log file to trace the paths.
