Thanks Selectively deleted extensions, used more of the Karparsky “clean up and fix” tools and reviewed settings. Updated, rebooted. Seems OK thanks for the quick replies

Almost Every time I go to a website, I get the following: "Web Address HTTP://1986635568" download blocked Almost EVERY TIME- Cleared my downloads, still getting it every time-don't see where I can get rid of the constant intrusion effort in Kaparsky action center - Just keeps logging "stopped" event. Using Windows 10 and Chrome browser-I have full antivirus (etc.) and VPN from Karparsky.
