olá amigos, estou tentando configurar o endpoint e o agente kaspersky dentro de um servidor linux debian e aparentemente não está funcionando como deveria, toda vez que uso o usuário root ele trava em 32% e ao usar o comando ps aux eu vejo isso não tem nada rodando, deixei por 24h e não mudou. Vi um tutorial no youtube e até criei um usuário isolado para realizar o teste, mesmo configurando o usuário como sudoers dá a mensagem "Acesso negado" no log. Com isso, gostaria de uma ajuda de como resolver esse problema de instalação remota.

hello friends, I'm trying to configure the kaspersky endpoint and agent inside a linux debian server and apparently it's not working as I should, every time I use the root user it hangs at 32% and when using the ps aux command I see that it doesn't have nothing running, I left it for 24h and it didn't change. I saw a tutorial on youtube and I even created an isolated user to perform the test, even setting the user as sudoers gives the message "Access Denied" in the log. With that, I would like some help on how to solve this remote installation issue.
