KIS blocking acces Microsoft site page

The problem sloved after installing Windows 7 updates -
I installed Windows 7 64bits (clean install) and I installed KIS 21.3.10.391, I noticed that KIS is blocking acces some website like Microsoft site page ! I tried those solutions https://support.kaspersky.com/common/safemoney/12489 But the warning message is still appear. Can you help me please.

Hello, are the differences between KIS and KTS only : the safe kids, backup and passwords manager ? Or the KTS has a higher level of protection than KIS ?

I didn't find any comma, I found this in the Value data: C:\WINDOWS\system32\DriverStore\FileRepository\nvdmi.inf_amd64_b79991c48f5211ac\nvinit.dll

Hello, Im just upgraded the windows 10 to V 1903 and updated KIS 2019 to 2020 (the latest 20.0.14.1085). but KIS dont start, I reinstalled KIS more than once but the KIS always show the error "error in graphics driver occurred".
