I had a recorded video file, but I could not attached with this message.

Dear All when I play video in my laptop, play is not continuous-it is intemittently gettings stopped- if I press any key like cntrl-tab then for sometime it is ok and again start flickering. It looks there is some kind of KEY STROKE VIRUS available in my laptop but it is somehow undetectable by Kaspersky.

I have checked 'TRACES', but found it in disabled position.

Dear Teams My concern is in Program data folder of my windows, the Kaspersky folder's size is too big , almost 8 GB. What is the reason for so huge memory captured? cannot we keep these files in cloud? any facility is there? I am a loyal Kaspersy user , almost more than 15 years.

Berny, already solved. I found out the emails from inbox and gets completely deleted from system. and problem is solved. Thanks.

Dear Kaspersky Lab I have been using KASPERSKY ANTI VIRUS LAST 12 YEARS. My laptop has been seriously infected by following Trojans: UDS:Trojan-PSW.Win32.Fareit.dnzd HEUR:Trojan.Win32.Generic WHY KASPERSKY ANTIVIRUS CANNOT REMOVE OR QUARANTINE THESE RANOSOMEWARES?Please give me solution how to remove these ransomewares.
