  1. Not only have I not received an email instructing how to make this change, when I click on the link to Ultra AV in the email notifying me the change was coming, or try to visit it from a google search, all I get is a 403 error. Not only that, Kaspersky (the app, not the company) just showed me a notification saying that my subscription was cancelled and will not renew, but I will continue being able to use it through the end of my subscription date. So I'm now confused.. I thought it wasn't being updated and I couldn't use it any longer. Also, how do I get onto the Ultra AV site if I keep getting a 403 error?
