[Black screen whenever I try graphic mode, limited mode or hardware info.]

I have Dell OptiPlex (bought in 2023) and have the same exact issue. The blank screen. I think something is wrong with the display of Rescue Disk 18 because after a couple of minutes which new linux shell is loaded, then pressing Alt+Ctrl+Del does not reboot the computer. It is strange to me how come this issue is not resolved yet.

I should also add that I cannot run limited graphic or hardware info as well.

[Kaspersky Rescue Disk Booting problem in DELL XPS 15 9500]

Greetings, 

I have encountered the same issue. Looks like Kaspersky is not compatible with new BIOS and hardware of Dell computers. It is very strange to me. Can someone please help?
