  1. Hi @FLOOD , I assume you mention another approach, right? And yes, such a rule is placed in my config, but is below the other rule I changed. In general it might be possible for sure to check whether this rule fix it as well, but since I don’t know all dependencies and reasons of the current working sequence, I won’t change, esp. since I have a working one already, which deal with a least “whole” in the wall using private IP. Apart from this, even the rule controlling the TCP stream is available already, it doesn’t go with Trusted Network. To make it working I suppose to create a new rule, same purpose but for the home network. In result I would have two separate rules for TCP-Stream and I would get knowledge about the correct sequence to get it working AND still being protected. Or is there a possibility to backup all the rules in its sequence and then restore after playing around? Thanks & Regards Marze
  2. Thanks for the reply, Wesly and Harlan. Appreciate ☺ @Wesly.Zhang - that “Inject Script ...” thing I’ve already tried (amongst others which I cannot remember in detail 😔 ). Anyway, tried again to double-check - no success. @harlan4096 my internal network is always Private and KIS konfigured it automatically to “trusted”. That path is OK. Otherwise I would have more issues than this IP-Cam one. In ‘Paket Rules’ the “Allowing Local TCP/UDP Services” is set to Deny. However, there’s another rule above both to enable all TCP/UDP for Trusted Network. Thus, basically in should work in that constellation. Though set both rules to Allow → no change, the cam vid remains black (not mentioned already - the login to Cam succeeding always). I fiddled around these FW settings. Networks and Paket Rules changed, now checked the Rules for Programs. First I disabled for Firefox the Inheritance for Network Rules. Didn’t work. Then I checked the Exceptions for this program and found a rule for “don’t check data traffic” and there the option to limit that exception for particular IPs. I have added the IP of the Cam, and - voila, video is displayed 😎 Strange. There’s no obvious connection between such FW rule and the Web-AV. I have found per accident. How a simple user should get it solved this way?! Additional question - in some settings there’s a checkbox for writing protocol on this action. Where I can find such protocols? Maybe in there I’ll find more hints what is going to be blocked. Thanks & Regards Marze
  3. Hi, I have an IP-Cam in my private network and the video is to be displayed in a Browser (using Firefox, but checked also with others). The issue is, as long as Web-Antivir is ON, the video keeps black. Nothing on the screen. When Web-AV is switched off, the video is displayed as expected. What I have tried already - no success so far: exclusion in Web-AV, used http://<privateIP>/* (yes, it’s http, port 80) disabled all features in Web-AV checked Firewall, private network OK and trusted (otherwise I wouldn’be be able to call the IP) As far as I know the Video is pluged-in via Flash into Browser. KIS is latest version (on Win10 Pro, 1909). BTW: on Win7 it worked like a Charm. IP-Cam is Maginon IPC-100HD. Are there any other dependencies to other KIS features (cross-checked already by disabling one after each other)? Thanks in advance for hint’s and other solutions 😉 Cheers Marze
