Hi, I have windows10, and Kaspersky Internet Security 20.0.14.1085. When I click to uninstall it, I see a wizard but after that it disappear.

Hi, How can I uninstall kaspersky internet security ? If I try to uninstall with the classic way doesn’t work. Thank you.

Hi, I am victim of a group of hacker that are spying me since 2 or 3 years. They claim to be or work for the Italian government. I’m not a criminal and I’m not under investigation (I mean from the police), then there is not any legal reason to spy me. I’m not a medium user because I have a good knowledge about the main unix operating system like linux and bsd indeed recently I installed windows10 just as last chance to solve this problem. Before I installed linux and especially openbsd and hardenedbsd. Those last two unix are focused in security. Anyway also with windows + kaspersky internet security + kaspersky secure connection (vpn) I didn’t solve anything. I have two hypothesis: or it’s a firmware malware or they do the attack from the router with some kind of mitm (man in the middle) to the browser and to the vpn. There aren’t a lot of evidence just that they manipulate google results, or youtube advice/result or ads. The manipulation sometime contains threats. Of course kaspersky av doesn’t find anything. I tried to run the rootkit detector gmer and I receive an entire system crash before its end scanning and a reboot. Other strange things are that when I scroll down the comments on a youtube video the browser try to load them but without success. If I remove the configuration folder of chrome it works for a while (some hours) and after that it back to not load the comments. Anyway help would be very appreciated.

Security measure ? I don’t understand what kind security measure, I can insert any kind of address and you can’t know if it’s fake or not. Also many times security and privacy go together, I don’t want say to kaspersky where I live.. I just want a license number, it’s absurd! Also you say that “no merchant will authorize online trasactions nless they can verify the validity of information used to make a purchase” -- This is absolutely fake, I buy a lot of things online doesn’t need of my home address and indeed they don’t ask for it. I bought rooms in hotel, vpn account, email account, airbnb and many other things and they didn’t ask for my home address. The other my question are sarcastic and just to expose how much time I lose for your absurd request. Finally I didn’t buy the license. Are you happy ?

Hi, I’d like to buy a kaspersky license but to buy legally a product is always a problem. The store block my buying because it wants a real address to pay. I don’t want give my home address just to buy a simple license for a product. I don’t want the paper, I just want the number to activate the product. Why is it so difficult ? Why the simple things become complicated ? Then I must create an account for the forum, write a message to have support, wait times for the answer… WHY ???
