Hi, I’m a long time Kaspersky user. I use Windows 10 with Firefox and Edge. I have recently noticed that if I shop online using a cashback website, in this case topcashback.co.uk, a number of the links do not work. I have narrowed this down to the action of Kaspersky, probably. If I pause protection, the transaction link works. When protection is enabled, it does not work. I do not use Private browsing (I mention this as I noticed another conversation regarding the topcashback site which involved private browsing). The transaction seems to hop to a third party affiliate network which redirects me to the final retailers’ websites. This is awin1.com. So, I’ve added topcashback and awin1 to my URL Advisor exclusions and Trusted URLs but still cannot get this to work. There is obviously a workaround available, pause protection while I click on the retailer link, but it’s not ideal. If the settings work as I think they do (I’ve added exclusion to Web Anti Virus URL Advisor and Trusted URLs), I’m not sure what else I can do. This functionality has worked in the past and I can’t easily determine what has changed…. KTS is up to date. Thanks for any advice, Keith
