yeah i think im having the same problem in the UK i had an old mobile kaspersky sub from a few years ago when i was going abroad for a month it has been inactive since i never resubbed to it after it ended in 2008 but because i have used the same email address kaspersky systems doesnt seem to want to activate the free kaspersky security cloud, forcing me to create a new email address for the purpose unless moderator there is another way as id rather not create another email address
