I reinstalled the latest release of Kaspersky Plus (which is already installed on my PC), restarted my PC, then tried again to execute the same command without any change, and it worked! 😲
I have to admit that I can't explain it, but should it be an inexplicable abnormal behavior I have no complaints about it.
Though I'm aware that such an "abnormal behavior" could be a bother anytime in the future. For the time being, the issue seem have been "solved".
