Hello, During today's full scan of my laptop (it's a Dell Inspiron with Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1065G7 CPU @ 1.30GHz and runs on Windows 10 Pro) using Kaspersky Total Security, I noticed that the object "C:\Users\DELL\Documents\My Pictures" could not be processed as the access was denied. I got the following report for this: Event: Object not processed User: DELL\DELL User type: Active user Component: Virus Scan Result: Not processed Result description: Not processed Object type: File Object path: C:\Users\DELL\Documents\My Pictures Reason: Access denied Could you please help me how to solve this issue and overcome the access denial? Thank you.
