Does the “no connection via US remote server” happen irrespective of browser used? Answer - no. I get a connection to the US Server, but websites load slowly, if at all. When I switch to Canada server, speeds are fine.

Kaspersky Secure Connection US is not working approximately 4 or 5 May; other servers, e.g. Canada work fine.
