It does not appear in the notification area. It is just a window that I can move around but cannot close. There is no X or close anywhere on the window

OK. I turned those settings off. So far so good. I will get back to you if it comes back. Thank you so much!

1 It is the free version 2 The popup is not appearing in a browser. I do not have any Kaspersky addons on any of the browsers 3 NA 4 I have all notification settings in Kaspersky off.

Kaspersky Security Cloud Version 20.0.14.1085 (k) This popup does not have any way to close except exiting the program.
