Well I was able to remove KIS and reload it . The good news is I was able to log into my bank page but the certificate issue is still there. I’ll attach a couple screens. Thank you again for all your time and help!

I thank you so much for your help and patience. I’m going to attempt what you have outlined but I’m not sure about my capabilities. I’ll give it a try though.

What I’m saying I don’t know how to access the certificate screen that you show.

I have been using Microsoft Edge. The same issue with Chrome also.

This is what I get when trying to log in to my bank site.

The problem exists on both Chrome and Microsoft Edge. It worked just fine up to a couple months ago. The site is associatedbank.com. I tried tagging it as an exception on my Kaspersky but still won’t work. I also tried logging in without Safe Money and it won’t let me.

I’m being blocked from entering my on line bank site. Does it have something to do with my Kaspersky Internet Connection? I can get on using my Android phone but not my desk top.
