Hi,
Recently, my previous subscription got expired. Therefore, I bought a new one. When I put the activation token that was on my email the antivirus app was fully functional. When I opened the KPM it wasn't recognizing my subscription so I went to the My Kaspersky website and saw the "Activation error" alert saying it wasn't able to activate the Kaspersky Total Security.
I now ask how to act from here to correct this error.
