  1. I don't know what happened but i can login now and activated my membership. Thanks again
  2. After my trial ended, I purchased Kaspersky Premium for 2 years for 1 device. I received a receipt email but did not get an activation key or any other follow-up email. When I tried to log into my Kaspersky account, I couldn’t access it, and my Kaspersky software kept saying "connection issue" when trying to connect. After that, I attempted to reset my password, but the reset failed, with the site giving an error message like "Password reset failed. Please try again later." Is this a general outage, or is it just me?
