I have Windows 10 - 64 bit and Kaspersky Internet Security
Recently Kaspersky Internet Security blocks updates of Chrome and so I have to exit Kaspersky in order updates to be functioning.
Regarding Firefox I have to exit Kaspersky, otherwise nothing works (no updates and no possibility to visit any website).
In a past topic of Kaspersky forum I saw somebody for the same problem gave the following solution for this issue:
Disable Self-Defense via Settings -> General
Exit Kaspersky product, on the Windows Taskbar or hidden icons, right-click the Kaspersky icon, select Exit.
Go to folder C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.3\ and rename the folder Report to Report1
Start Kaspersky Internet Security.
Enable Self-Defense.
So, I checked C:\Program Files\Kaspersky lab\Kaspersky Internet Security 21.3\
but there is not available any Folder Report in order to rename it.
Thus, pls advice which folder do I have to rename ???
