How to block iTunes permissions on Kaspersky

I use Kaspersky Internet Security and I have a problem on iTunes, I have already blocked the updating on preferences in iTunes because I would like the version I use and that is fine to no longer receive updates to switch to new versions, but unfortunately Kaspersky continues to allow updates, which I would like to block. Can anyone help me?
