Re-installing KIS seems to have resolved the issue.

I frequently get a Kaspersky notification that an ‘Application restart is required’ to complete a database update. Every time I check the “remember answer” box, which I assume is intended to allow KIS to restart without my prompting but the notification continues to show every time databases are updated. Is this a bug or am I misinterpreting the information? Win 10 21H1 19043 KIS 21.3.10.391
