  1. On the computers with KTS installed I don't get a certificate message warning, it's just the one single computer without KTS that I'm experimenting with that gives me that. I don't get any warning message in the browser itself, the warning is in the new AV program I'm experimenting with. The warning is in the notification log. That AV is Bitdefender. I guess I could try KAV Plus, but I believe when I looked into it it lacked some things that KTS has.
  2. To clarify I have Kaspersky Total Security on various computers. The one in question also had it, but I wanted to experiment with another AV temporarily so I did uninstall Total Security from that computer. I will most likely go back to Total Security on that particular computer, but for the time being I just wanted to try another one out. I went into the Firefox certificate manager, but I don't see it there. I might have overlooked it. Would there be another location for this? Thank you!
  3. I'm not part of the ULTRA situation, but I did see talk of it. Can you help with my original question? I'm not getting that message on the computers with KAV, just the one without KAV. Thank you!
  4. Hello! All of my computers have KAV on them except for one. The other computers AV recently gave me this report... "firefox.exe attempted to establish a connection relying on an unmatching security certificate to kaspersky.com.data.adobedc.net. We blocked the connection to keep your data safe since the used certificate was issued for a different web address than the targeted one." Can someone explain this and a fix? Thank you!
  5. Well my old keys worked just fine on the old versions I downloaded from the link I posted. Good luck in your adventure!
  6. It's my understanding you can use codes meant for older versions on the new versions. Also the old versions are still available for download on the Kaspersky website. I don't know why no one told you this. Look at Still Using Previous Products Plan in the link below... https://usa.kaspersky.com/downloads#update-product
  7. Will my proposed solution work? Use a VPN and change the Kaspersky update server in the program? Have a site for US customers to download updates and manually apply them? How would the US prevent someone from continuing to use it? Hello???
  8. Would using a VPN and changing the update servers work? I would think it would! Let's get some help here please.
  9. Has this bug been fixed? If it hasn't, any idea when it will be fixed? I ask because I now have a 3rd party VPN I want to install. Thanks!
  10. Thank you Berny! I will try out the new version.
  11. Thank you! I'm disappointment though because I feel that it should be this way... Kaspersky Anti-Virus -> Kaspersky Standard Kaspersky Internet Security -> Kaspersky Plus Kaspersky Total Security -> Kaspersky Premium Is there a big difference in protection between the older versions and the newer versions? In my case I would be using the key to go from Kaspersky Total Security (OLD version) to the new Kaspersky Plus version. What do you think?
  12. I think there's some confusion. The keys I have are from 2020 and 2022 and are for the old version of Kaspersky Total Security. Can my keys be used with any of the new versions of Kaspersky such as Standard, Plus, or Premium? If so, which one? Thank you!
  13. Hello! I have been using Kaspersky since it was AVP in the late 1990's. On my current computers I have the following older versions in use... Kaspersky Antivirus, Kaspersky Internet Security, and Kaspersky Total Security. I have a new computer running Windows 11 that I want to install Kaspersky on. I have NEW/UNUSED keys that I purchased in 2020 and 2022 that are for the older Kaspersky Total Security, 5 Devices for 1 year. Can I use these keys on any of the current versions of Kaspersky... Standard, Plus, or Premium? Please let me know all you can. Thank you!
