@Berny It shows an application update. And I updated that application. But that application or windows didn’t notify that it needs restart pc. also this notification is not just below application update notification. and not mentioned “X” application needs to restart the pc for full functionality. From this picture I understand that the updated application wants to restart my pc. Thank You.

Its not Kasperksy application. My kaspersky application is uptodate. It seems some other application ,which is not specified by kaspersky application. see :
