I tried to keep using the middle eastern version of Kaspersky plus on windows 11 but it was impossible. I faced many bluescreen failures “Bad_pool_caller” during the past 48 hours that I hadn’t seen in my entire life. Browsing the web, working with software, and even windows restart all triggered blue screens! It was really frustrating! At least multiple blue screens happened every hour!
I tried many changes including using an older windows backup, removing software and browser add-ons but the only thing that was really different was upgrading to Kaspersky plus! So, I uninstalled Kaspersky plus and reinstalled Kaspersky total security. My laptop works fine now! There has been no blue screen in the past five days!
Stop selling half-baked products!
