    I have done this but the problem is the same

    Until now, the connection speed to the internet, with Vpn on, goes to 1/2 of that with Vpn off. Now the connection speed to the internet, with Vpn on, goes to 1/100 of that with Vpn off!! So I can not use it. What is the problem? Thanks!
