KSC 12 con not implemete the policie on clients KES 11.4

We are using KSC 12 to manage our 44 KES 11.4. The policies can not be implemented. the console shows that the policies were applyed for our clients but in reality there is no change since we ungraded to KSC12. Could you help me?

Hi,

Please review if you have the plugins installed in the KSC 12 for KES v11.4. Delete old policies and create new policies for KES v11.4.

Check that the policy locks are closed.
