  1. don’t have time to waste for that some people on forum recommended to install another application What a crap suggestion
  2. Hi Friend, Correct, even customer support not able to provide appropriate support. On this forum people are replying just to make their rating (I think). But no solution. One of my device safe kids stopped working, even every thing was blocked for two day. Later it was operational again.

  7. it said, install some application, that will generate some log, send that log in email. I did, but could not understand the solution proposed by support.

  10. Hi, My child’s tab applications are locked after the allowed time is elapsed. However still my child search for the videos on google search bard on mobile home screen and view all videos with any restriction. My child can do other browsing as well. Unable to find any solution to block this access. Please provide me support to resolve the issue. Thanks Faheem

  12. Hi, My child needs to update important applications from google play store. but for every update kaspersky requires parent credentials. I need some solution, so that my child can update application without permission. Secondly my child is not permitted to change profile picture or other related information. Looking forward for some solution. Thanks Faheem
