Список уже отработавших вариантов: отключение антивируса, отключение проверки защищенных соединений, смена измерителя скорости с Яндекса на Speedtest, смена DNS. 4 варианта и все рабочие, между прочим - по крайней мере на какое-то время.

Открытие страниц не такой уж большой трафик используют. Обычно загрузкой все пользуемся и внимания не обращаем, а здесь столкнулся с большим объёмом выгрузки в облако и всё. Приплыл. Видимо как то влияет всё же dns. Сам значения не придавал этому. Специально менял разные адреса, пк. перезагружал и т.д. Только такой вариант работает. Пока по крайней мере.
