Berny, you know me from the old good times. I know what is the problem, and it is not one you count. MS not support Win7, but Kaspersky products still support it. Uzun süre önce açtığım Kaspersky hesabıma bugün yeniden giriş yapmak istediğimde, hesabımın tamamen silindiğini fark ettim. *****@*****.tld adresiyle kayıtlı olan hesabıma girmeye çalıştığımda sistem “böyle bir kullanıcı bulunamadı” hatası veriyor ve hiçbir şekilde erişim sağlayamıyorum. Hesabımı uzun zamandır kullanmıyordum, bugün tekrar kullanmak ve içinde varsa eski bilgilerimi, lisanslarımı görmek için giriş yapacaktım ancak hesabımın yok olduğunu görmek beni ciddi şekilde mağdur etti. Herhangi bir bildirim, uyarı veya onay olmadan hesabımın silinmiş olmasını kabul etmiyorum. Kaspersky’den, *****@*****.tld adresine kayıtlı hesabımın tekrar aktif hale getirilmesini ve hesabıma erişimin sağlanmasını talep ediyorum.
