Здравствуйте. Установлена подписка PLUS, сейчас пришло предложение перейти на PREMIUM. Разница в принципе только в нескольких функциях. Вопрос - что за функции "Обнаружение и удаление вирусов силами экспертов", "Проверка работоспособности компьютера экспертами", "Удаленная поддержка" ? Насколько это безопасно? Эксперты "Лаборатории Касперского" получат удаленный доступ к ПК?

Ответ от службы поддержки был. Логи им собрал и направил. Завели баг. Сказали ждать. Поскольку для меня моё решение сработало и не один раз, то и проблема для меня решена. В отзывах в рустор про синхронизацию пишут, но там переустановка помогает. У меня же после недавней переустановки баг воспроизводится снова и лечится также. Достаточно открыть хранилище на телефоне, а на пк в этот момент отключить kpm от смартфона. Вход срабатывает через привязанную учетку яндекса. Учетку my kaspersky не всегда подтягивает из антивируса. По дебагу, лог пишется. Просто путь, который указывает поддержка в моем случае другой. Лог я нашёл в Android/data/"kaspersky password manager" и там лежит одинокий файлик лога. Как точно называется папка не помню, но она точно в андроид дата.

The kaspersky support asked me to use GetSystemInfo.exe for debug logs for which i had to again re-install the software and as usual it started creating the crashing issue all over again, the support team denied help due to me being user with the Kaspersky Free product. Ну так и не покупайте) У вас наверняка есть другой продукт ЛК, благодаря которому вы попадает в список потенциальных покупателей. Это уже помощь. Я говорю с позиции, если бы мне нужно было обосновать необходимость разработки продукта. Обычный пользователь пк вообще про менеджер паролей и знать не знает, и думать не думает.
