Startup issues, Start Menu, Task Bar won't work with KIS 2018

Hi,

I have  KIS 18.0.0.405 installed on Windows 10. It looks like the app is causing some issues.

When Windows starts, the Start Menu, the Task Bar and the Task Manager won't work. The pinned programs in the Task Bar won't appear.

Reinstalled the app, same issues. Without it, Windows runs normally.

Welcome. Did you proceed with a clean install ?
Can you please provide a GSI Log.

I don't know. I just uninstalled the app through the Apps & features section then launched the Kaspersky installer to install the app again.
