Idle scan and scheduled task

Hello, We are using KSC 10.5 with KES 11. If the background scan policy is set. and also a schduled scan is scheduled to run at a specific time. will this mean that the scheduled scan will run only if the computer is idle? Regards,

Hi, That means, that a task will start according to its schedule at any PC state, however, it will pause scanning while a PC is busy and continue scanning when it`s idle.

For the task to be resumed, the "run missed task" option should be enabled. isn't it?

"run missed task" option means, that if a PC is turned off, the task will immediately start when the PC is turned on.
