KSC Application registry doesn't clear information about deleted applications [KSC for Windows]

Application registry in KSC contains information about applications that was deleted. Reinstalling Network Agent on a workstation should solve a problem.
This behavior can be caused by per-user applications. You can alter how long network agent will retain information about applications on a managed workstation:

Add a registry key:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\KasperskyLab\Components\34\1103\1.0.0.0\NagentFlags]
This will make network agent to retain information about per-user applications up to an hour.
"KLINV_INV_PERUSER_APPS_CACHE_NONACTIVE_SIDS_LIFETIME_SEC"=dword:3600 - Restart network agent service.
After completing these changes information in Application registry will be deleted in a roughly 2 to 3 hours.
