Zero response when submitting request for reanalysis of a malicious/phishing site false positive

Our website, trustnota.com, was falsely listed as a phishing site.  We have done thorough review of the site to ensure we are clear on intent and are only asking information from our registered customers or of those requesting to be customers (contact information needed to start signing them up).  I submitted a request to Kaspersky support and only got confirmation that it was submitted on the submission page.  No email confirmation, no way to check status.  As far as I can tell, it may not even exist.  Is there a way to make sure there is a ticket for reanalysis and be able to check on status as it's going through the reanalysis process?
