ZenDesk down loads being blocked. “inject script into web traffic to interact with web pages “

When trying to down load from Zendesk I get an error and it does not down load.

Zendesk have advised that “inject script into web traffic to interact with web pages “ should be un checked. but I cant find this setting

Could you please clarify the issue in more details?

Does it help to diasble this script inject option (and Kaspersky extension plugin), restart Kaspersky application and browser (plus refresh the page with Ctrl+F5)?

 

It is better to create a request to Tech support directly to collect addtional logs for the issue investigation:

if the script inject is disabled the down loads work fine, yes if i stop the service i can download the files
