As the title says Youtube page doesn’t work as it should (see picture below). I had the exact same problem almost a year ago but then it fixed in an update. Also the captcha on some sites doesn’t work(see second picture below). Although these problems occur in browsers(i checked it in Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge) the good thing with the last update is that Kaspersky Internet Security program interface(or UI if you prefer) now looks better and works faster than before(nice change). In version 21.2.16.590 (c) that i was before nothing of these problems happened though as i said the program interface was slower and didn’t have visual improvements of the last update.

@MikeSamurai Can you please provide more details concerning your YouTube problem.

It opens the youtube page but the left menu doesn’t show, the profile menu opens but shows white(blank as the left menu). I have pinned the pictures below. My system is Windows 7 Professional 64 bit if it helps.

It tried it but it didn’t change anything.Added the page as an exclusion did nothing, disabling data collection from the browser addon also nothing ,i even disabled the addon from firefox addons and themes page which also didn’t do anything. To my surprise everything works perfectly now in Microsoft Edge (maybe my internet slow down and didn’t work before). Exactly the same thing happened a year ago.In Firefox didn’t work but in Edge worked(slower than Firefox, if Firefox opened the page). Strange… Maybe something changed in Firefox latest update and now doesn’t work.My Firefox version is 88.0 64bit and my Edge version is  90.0.818.51 64bit if it helps.

Hello @MikeSamurai
Also, we had this issue with W10, Firefox, all thru v21.2, despite Kaspersky fixes, it persisted, however, now with 21.3 patch (a) & (b), it's gone & we just checked W7, Firefox 88.0 (64-bit), issue does not exist (for us).

  1. Are you signed into the Firefox browser with a Firefox Account?
  2. IF Firefox is run as Default user → image 3, do the Google/YouTube issues persist?
  3. In your Firefox browser, there's Ublock & Malwarebytes extensions & two other extensions, we don't recognise → image 6, what are they please?
  4. If any or all of the four extensions are OFF, does it make a difference to your Google/YouTube account options & the Menu items being populated ?
  5. For hirezstudio, we don’t get a captcha at all, may we know the names of other sites with the captcha problem, we’ll test?

Please let us know?

Thank you🙏

After some search in my Firefox settings, addons and comparing Firefox with Edge (settings, addons etc) i found that Google analytics opt out addon that i had installed a few weeks ago was what was causing this problem.I unistalled it and now everything works fine.I didn’t know youtube needed so much Google analytics to work.🤔 From the other hand the reCAPTCHA thing was absolutely normal to not work without analytics because it is based in analytics to work. Thanks again for helping me.🙂 The community here is very helpful.😎
